ANIMA — Terms of Service

By creating an ANIMA account you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

Your account

You need an account to use ANIMA. Keep your password to yourself, use a real email address you can access, and don't share your account with others. You must be at least 13 years old.

What ANIMA is

ANIMA is a personal AI companion. Its replies are generated by a large language model (DeepSeek) and can be wrong, outdated or invented. ANIMA is not a doctor, therapist, lawyer or financial adviser. Do not rely on it for medical, legal or financial decisions, and if you are in crisis, contact your local emergency services or a crisis line — not the app.

Fair use

AI requests cost us money, so each account has a daily request limit and a monthly cost cap. If you hit a limit the app will tell you and you can continue the next day. Don't try to bypass the limits, scrape the service, resell access, or use the API with anything other than the ANIMA app.

Acceptable use

Don't use ANIMA to break the law, to harm or harass other people, to generate sexual content involving minors, or to attack the service or the systems it depends on. We can suspend or delete an account that does.

Your content

Your conversations and memories are yours. They live on your device; we do not claim any ownership over them and we do not use them to train models. To generate a reply, the relevant text is sent to our AI provider as described in the Privacy Policy.

Cancelling

You can delete your account at any time from Settings → Delete account in the app, or by emailing info@behzatai.com. Deletion is immediate and permanent.

Availability and changes

ANIMA is provided as-is, with no guarantee of uptime. It depends on third-party AI services that can change, slow down or fail. We may change or discontinue features, and we may update these terms — material changes will be posted here with a new date. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
